Version 13.0 New Features 6/9/2009

Upgrade	Description
International Address	New feature enables the internaltional shipping address on Customer as well as all the transactions. International Address is not supported by distributor's fulfillment.
Browsable eSpec Catalog	We have added browsable eSpec catalog for quotation and sales order on admin.
Non-mapped distribuor items	If the item from distributor is not mapped in eSpec catalog, the item will be still available for search within eSpec catalog.
Add private catalog item to eSpec catalog	The system will let you add your private catalog item to espec catalog. Go to private catalog item detail page, and assign eSpec catalog category to it.
D&H Fullfilment	D&H order can be fulfilled via XML like Ingram Micro and Tech Data.
SED	SED price file is officially supported by espec catalog.
Customer on hold	New customer will be on hold before administrator approves the access.
Export Quotes	Export quotes either in CSV or XML format.

Upgrade	Description
Price Rule for eSpec Catalog	You can create price rule based on price range, category and manufacturer.
Gov. and Edu price support for eSpec Catalog	You can have gov. or edu price for eSpec catalog. (currently only for Ingram Micro)
Custom Page Folder	You can create folders for custom pages to organize your pages better.
Product Review	You can enable product review and let your customer leave product reviews.
Fulfillment Update	If you fulfill the order through Ingram Micro or Tech Data, system will update your update your P.O status as well as sales order status including tracking number.
Tech Data Fulfillment Update	You can add order comments to your order like Ingram Micro.

Synnex Fulfillment	In addition to real-time price and availability from Synnex, the system let you fulfill the order via Synnex XML.
Add eSpec catalog item to Private Catalog	You can add eSpec catalog item into your private catalog. The item specification and images will be automatically loaded.
Sync with eSpec catalog	Private Catalog item can be synchronized with eSpec catalog for price and availability.
SPR Integration	We have added SP Richard as one of distributor and SP Richard products are available in eSpec Catalog. Please call us to enable SP Richard on your site.
Synnex/eSpec/UPC code added	Field for Synnex SKU, eSpec ID, UPC code has been added to private catalog.
Conversion Tracking	ROI conversion tracking codes from Google, Yahoo, Shopping.com and etc have been added.
System Configurator Option / Color	You can offer system with different color option and let your customer upload his/her own image.
Root folder access	You have an access to root folder of your store front. The file you can upload is limited to ".htm", ".html", and ".txt".
Updated Training videos	The training video for each section has been updated with latest information.
Automated Tech Data price file download	Price file import from Tech Data now has been automated.
Shopping cart update	The shipping and handling charge is displayed before order total on Checkout page. Also, the total will include the shipping and handling charges as well.
Sales Order Export	You can select sales order to export from sales order manager. Also, the exported order will be marked.
Shipping Rate on Quotation/Sales Order	We have updated the module to calculate shipping charge on sales order and quotation section.
My Account	Wish List link / Sales order Item history has been added.
HTML BOX for right hand side	Added HTML box section for right hand section manager.
Custom Flat Table	Added 5 extra custom flat table entries.
Dashboard	Updated dashboard to display distributor file status and service summary.
Buy Related items	Your customer can buy related items with single mouse click from product detail page.

Quote Update	Under each item, the prices from the different distributor are displayed.
Additional Quote Print Mode	We have addeed additional print mode for quote.
Currency	You can configure the currency for different countries.
Estimated Shipping & Tax	Shipping & Tax estimation is now in the shopping cart page. Also, state is no longer required field for shipping estimate.
One Page Checkout	We have added one-page-checkout module for faster checkout process for your customer. You can enable this feature from preference.
Paypal Express Checkout	In addition to paypal standard, the system supports Paypal Express Checkout.
Synnex Real-Time Price and Availability	In addition to Ingram Micro and Tech Data, the real-time price and availabilty is now available for Synnex (Admin site only).
Search Quote	You can search quote by quote #, date, or customer's name.
Logo Manager Update	You can specify additional logo image for quote and sales order print out.
Admin Security	You can enable/disable the access to the manager based on country. Profile >> User Manager >> Security.

Upgrade	Description
Dashboard	New dashboard includes top searched keywords from your storefront. It provides daily and monthly statistics.
eSpec Search	We have improved the search on eSpec catalog. Your customer will be able to find what they need faster. The system will search not only description and part number. It will search for manufacturer's name, category description, and attributes to provide better search results. Also, we optimized the search algorithm for faster search. For example, try searching for "Viewsonic" and "7200 rpm".
Restrict Management Access	We have been restricted management access from countries other than U.S. and Canada. You can add additional countries to the access list. Profile >> User Manager >> Security.
Dedicated Export Server	We have added the dedicated server for export service. The export process will be faster and the peformance will not be depended on the web site traffic anymore.
New pre-configured export	Shopping.com export feed has been added.
Froogle Export Update	Froogle export has been updated to comply with new Froogle requirements.
Shopzilla Category	You can specifty the shopzilla category to your private and eSpec categories for optimized result.
Synnex Price File support for Canadian customers	Synnex price file from canadian customer can be used in eSpec catalog.

Upgrade	Description
New Dashboard	New dashboard will provide more information and a quick look at your current store status. The distributor summary section gives you a quick look at your distributor price file status. You can activate or deactivate the specific distributor at any time. The searched keyword section will provide what your customers are searching for in you store. We also organized the shorcut links on the right for easy access.
Distributor	We have enhanced distributors section. You can have a quick look at your price file status from each distributor. It also verifies your account information for your price file so that you can be sure that your price file will be downloaded properly.
Email Server Settings	Email server setting section now has a feature to test and verify your email server account information.
Banner Manager	New banner manager allows you to use Flash banners in your solution.
New pre-configured export	SortPrice export feed has been added.
eSpec Update	When espec catalog is configured to pick best price among the distributors, the system will pick the best price only from the distributor who has the item in stock. Also, the eSpec has been updated for faster update.
System Configurator	System configurator can use items from eSpec catalog and price can be updated automatically if full-sync option is selected.
