In response to your feedback, we've released the sales order export module. It lets you export your sales order in three different formats (Quickbooks, XML, and CSV).

Synchronization with Quickbooks

New sales order export module allows you to create IIF (Intuit Interchange Format). All the information obtained during the checkout will be included in the file. You can use this file to import sales order data into your Quickbooks.

Product Catalog Import

New import module will allow you to import your product information into the store database. It also allows you to upload product images en masse.

Price and Availability Update

The price and inventory quantity for imported products can be easily updated with a single mouse click. This module will update your cost automatically based on your price file, so that you don't have to worry about keeping track of your items in private catalog.

Affiliate Program

The affiliate program offers an easy way to increase traffic to your site by creating partnership with an online affiliates who will direct traffic via links on their website. Any sales or referral generated by an affiliate will create referral-based commissions for affiliates for referring business to the your website. An Affiliate Program is thus is an effective tools for advertising your site without spending considerable amount of money for advertising.

Your purchase order can be fulfilled online by Tech Data. The fulfillent wizard will guide you through the whole order process. To enable this option, you need to have XML Access from Tech Data.

Online training video is available in the management. The video will guide you through the features and give detail information.

New fields in private catalog

Four new fields have been added to the private catalog (Ingram Part ID, Tech Data Part ID, Manufacturer's part number, and UPC code). These new fields will help you organize your products. When you import a product from either Ingam Micro or Tech Data, these fields will be automatically filled out. Additionally, this update will let you change the ID of newly imported product.

Additional Tech Data price file format support

The new version supports COD format in addition to ASCII format.

Eliminating frame from domain

We have upgraded our system and software so that your domain does not have to use frame anymore. Until now, unless you have your own SSL certificate, your domain is using frames, and your actual URL is "http://www.flashecom.com/your-store-name" instead of your domain name. By removing the frame, your site will have better chance with search engines and web crawlers, which will lead to higher site traffic and higher sales. And your customers get to see the lock icon on the bottom of their browser, which will make them feel safe when they are placing an order.

This module will let your customer to send the product page to his/her friend via email.

FedEx and United States Postal Service Support

We have incorporated FedEx and USPS rate and service tools. You can use any combination of service from UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Enhanced Shipping module

Now you can use your custom shipping or flat table with any of built-in carriers(UPS, FedEx, and USPS) for shipping rate calculation. For example, you can now offer your customer a free shipping option for an order over $500 while using UPS as primary shipping rate calculation.

Customer Survey

The customer survey lets you easily create and deploy surveys on your site. Surveys can be created quickly without writing any HTML using a well-designed, intuitive web interface.

Ingram Micro FTP Price file Integration

We have integrated Ingram Micro FTP price file. The FTP file will be imported weekly to our local Database server. Since the data is stored locally and not depending on outside server, the Public Catalog by Ingram Micro will have faster response, and your site will have price and availability information even if Ingram Micro server is inactive.

UPS Service and Rate for XML

We have incorporated XML version of UPS online tools. This version will give you the option to use XML version of UPS rate and service selection. By using XML version, you can have the estimate of UPS shipping cost from 35 countries to any country supported by UPS. The non-XML version (default) only gives you the estimate for the shippment within US.
If your warehouse is located outside of US, you must use XML version.
In upcoming versions, we will incorporate more tools such as tracking, signature tracking, and address validation.

Create purchase order from existing sales orders. You can print out and send e-mail to any supplier/distributor.

Online Fulfillment by Ingram Micro

Your purchase order can be fulfilled online by Ingram Micro. The fulfillent wizard will guide you through the whole order process. To enable this option, you need to have Inside Line access and FTP price file. For more information, call Ingram Micro customer support. When you have both Inside Line access and price file, please call flashecom tech support to enable this feature.

Tech Data XML Integration

The Extensible Markup Language(XML) from Tech Data enables you to retrieve real-time price and availability without VPN connection. To sign up, please call Tech Data customer support. As a prerequisite for XML implementation at Tech Data, you will be asked to provide a static IP address. Please call Flashecom for a IP address.
Since XML performs the transaction via HTTPS, XML is more reliable and gives your web site a faster performance.
