Global Product Content You can set up the content so that it will show every product detail page. This will make you easier to maintain common information.
Hot & Sales Item Update You can add scrolling effect on the hot and sales item section in the index page.
UpSell Items In addition to "Related Product", the system will let you add "Upsell" items to each product. These upsell items will be displayed in the shopping cart page where your customer can buy them directly from the shopping cart page.
Gift Wrapping The gift wrapping feature is available now.
Add Video to product You can add YouTube Video to the products.
Login As You can log in to store front using your customers account so that you can place an order on behalf of your custmer. Go to customer list, and click on the "Login As" link.

New Left-section Group We have added "Manufacturer List" and "Product Set".
Index Tab You can add tab in the index page to display more information.
Phone Order You can create the order from one single page. This feature will make your sales rep to take order easily over the phone.
Recurring Billing The system will let you configure the recurring billing. After each billing period, the system will create the sales order automatically.

Category Title In addition to meta tags, you can specify the page title. This feature is also available in custom pages.
Store Design Preference You can change the width of your store front anyway you like it. You can set it as 100% or 980 fixed pixel.
Site Map Manager You can create pre-formatted site map to submit either google or yahoo. By submitting the formatted sitemap, your pages will have a better chance to get listed.
Google Base Export Feed New Froogle RSS 2.0 feed is available in export. You can use this file to submit froogle or google base instead of old version of froogle export.
Robot.txt We also give you the access to "robot.txt". Any change in "robot.txt" is critical. If you are not sure, please read our help section.
Product Image ALT You can specify the alt section of your product images. If not specified, the product name will be used for alt tag. By utilizing this feature, your pages will be more search engine friendly.

Quickbook Merchant Account Service (MAS) We now support Quickbook Merchant Account Service as an additional payment gateway. Quickbook MAS offers very competitive rate and you will get new 2006 Quickbook pro software when you sign up.

Attribute Display Attribute can be displayed as either drop-down box or radio button.
Updated IP Security We have added additional option for ip security. New option will enable higher ip security by disabling "built-in" account from logging in from non-registered ip address.
Manager Login Security Upon request, we can create encrypted keyfile for your station. This keyfile will be resided on your hard drive. Without keyfile, nobody can get log in to store manager. If you like to implement this level of security, please call Flashecom Technical Support.
To Be Processed Folder New "To Be Processed" folder can be configured so that you can separate high risk orders from regular orders such as orders with different shipping address.
Order Summary / Annual Report Monthly order summary and Anuual report in dashboard will be hidden from non-administrator users.
Related Items You can add related item by Part Number. Also, if related items is on sales, sale price will be displayed.
FedEx Shipping Label You can change the FedEx shipping Label print setting so that shipping label and Invoice can be printed in one page. The new print out will be pefect fit for "FedEx Shipping Label Paper".
Declared Value for FedEx The system will have declard value for the FedEx Shipment while requesting the Label. If you want to enable this feature, please contact Flashecom Technical Support.
Delete Produc You can delete item from item edit screen as well.
Updated Sales Report Updated sales report have top selling product and sales report by state.
Drop Ship Item Product can be configured as drop-ship item. When customers buy the drop-ship items, the system will flag the item in the order manager.
RSS 2.0 Feed RSS 2.0 Feed can be enabled for your store.

Left Hand Section Management With this new feature, you can organize your system and product catalog the way you want. It also lets you create buttons, insert images, insert HTML code, and even a visitor counter.

You must enable the advanced mode to use these features.
Product Catalog Import New import module will allow you to import your product information into the store database. It also allows you to upload product iimages en masse.
Multiple Pricing Levels Allows you to create up to 4 different pricing groups for your customers. This feature is based on user accounts; you can give customer-specific discounts based on purchasing volume, on whoesale customer status, or for any other reason particular to your business. This is a new premium feature, and is not for everybody.

Email Marketing Target different customer segments with personalized messages. You can also track outgoing messages to keep tabs on opened emails and failed deliveries, and give sutomers the option of subscribing and unsubscribing.
Customizable Order Invoice Template Create, edit, and customize invoice templates. Permit or restrict access to the information on your customer invoices by assigning different templates to the various departments in your company. The shipping department, for example, can receive a "Shipping Slip" invoice which includes the shipping address but omits sensitive information like the billing address or customer credit card numbers.
Checkout without Registration The shopping cart allows your customer to make purchases without first registering an email address and password. Your system collects customer billing and shipping information nedded to process orders, but does not require unregistered customers to setup and access "My Account" before making purchases.
Map Price By enabling this feature, you can hide your sale prices until customers place items in their shopping cart. Use this feature to comply with vendors and manufacturers who do not want web retailers to advertise sale prices.
Order Print We've enhanced the order printout, giving it a cleaner, more professional look. Please note that you will no longer have access to the old order manager. Our order management tools have all been updated and improved.
Enhanced Look The look of the management has been enhanced to let site administrators easily navigate and manage the online store.

New Order Manager New outlook sytle order manager helps you organize and print your orders more effectively. Now, orders can be printed with just one mouse click, and you can print all your new orders with one click. You can easily get the detail of your order and update it without leaving the screen.
Inventory Control By enabling the inventory mode, you can enter the available quantity of each items. The quantity will be depleted when the order is placed.
Popup Window and Event Manager New event manager enables you to create a small popup window with your message when the customer enters your site. This is a great tool to notify your customer with current event or special sales.
Form Manager New Form Maganger is a self-service tool that enables the creation of HTML forms using only a web browser. Your form may be an order form, employment application, product registration, or anything you can imagine which receives HTML form input. Forms are created and stored on our servers. Receiving results are stored on our server and available for review. You can even link the form to your product. By linking the form to your product, you can force your customer to enter additional information such as name or image to print before they buy the item.
PayPal Integration We have integrated PayPal payment processing with our shopping cart. It allows your customer to pay with PayPal when they are ready to check out.
Store Email Manager You can customize your email message to your customer. The system will generate an automatic email message and send it to your customer based on your setting. Also allows you to send an email to your customer whenever the order status changes.
Multiple Image Upload in Custom Folder This new option lets you upload multiple files to your custom folder.
Free Shipping Icon When the item is configured as a free shipping item, the free shipping icon will be displayed to let your customer know.
Recycle Bin We will start using the "Recycle Bin" concept in the store manager. We have added it in the new order manager in this version, and will add it in more places in the future version.
New Fields Several new fields have been added. For example, the cost field is added to your product manager, and the ALT tag field in Traffic Builder.

Wish List Your customers can create their own wishlists that keep track of items they would like to get.
Email to Your Friend This module will let your customers send a product page to their friends via email.
FedEx and United States Postal Service Support We have incorporated FedEx and USPS rate and service tools. You can use any combination of service from UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Enhanced Shipping Module Now you can use your custom shipping or flat table with any built-in carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) for shipping rate calculation. For example, you can now offer your customer a free shipping option for an order over $500 while using UPS as the primary shipping rate calculation.
Shop by Price Using this module, you can offer your customer to shop by price range. You can set up the price range for your site dynamically. This will help your customer to find the right product faster.
Enhanced Shopping Cart We have enhanced the system to support the Canadian stores.

Affiliate Program The affiliate program offers an easy way to increase traffic to your site by creating partnership with online affiliates who will direct traffic via links on their websites. Any sales or referrals generated by an affiliate will create referral-based commissions for affiliates for referring business to the your website. An Affiliate Program is thus is an effective tools for advertising your site without spending a considerable amount of money for advertising.
Customer Survey The customer survey lets you easily create and deploy surveys on your site. Surveys can be created quickly without writing any HTML by using a well-designed and intuitive web interface.
UPS Service and Rate for XML We have incorporated XML version of UPS online tools. This version will give you the option to use XML version of UPS rate and service selection. By using XML version, you can have the estimate of UPS shipping cost from 35 countries to any country supported by UPS. The non-XML version (default) only gives you the estimate for shipping within the US. Thus if your warehouse is located outside of the US, you must use XML version.

In upcoming versions, we will incorporate more tools such as tracking, signature tracking, and address validation.
Foreign Language Support We have rewritten the application to support foreign language template. In this version, we are releasing the first French Template. If you have a need for other foreign language templates please contact our support.

Data Export Export your private catalog product and customer data using a new export wizard. This wizard will help you create an export file with step by step instruction.
Full Screen Templates Now, you have new store templates for your online store. These new templates have a feature that displays pages in full screen. This feature gives your site more professional look and feel. Also, you can manage the right-hand section of the pages for your announcement or advertisement.
Coupon Manager Create Coupons to attract first-time shoppers, or reward loyal buyers, using new Coupon Manager feature. Now you can easily create Coupons redeemable at your store for a dollar amount or a percentage off, or for free shipping, to use in advertising or special promotions. Once you've created a Coupon, you can track its performance.
Form Mail Form Mail is a HTML form to email gateway, which will parse the results of any form and send them to the specified user via email. This feature will allow you to collect information from users using HTML FORM.
Custom Web Pages Now, you can create your own HTML pages (e.g. Privacy Statement, Copyright, Upcoming events, etc.). After creating your custom web pages, you can display the link either on the top, bottom, or right section of the site.
My Account My Account section has been improved. Your customers can manage their accounts in one place. They can view order, quote, and RMA, and change passwords, billing addresses, and shipping addresses.
New Product and Customer Search In the management, a search function for products and customers has been added. Now you can get to the product you are looking for much faster.
Internet Explorer 6 Compatibility This version addresses the IE 6 privacy compatibility issue.
Custom Image Manager The Custom Image Manager has been renamed "File and Image Manager." You can create subfolders, as well as upload, rename, and delete files.
Internet Payment Gateway We now support three additional Internet Payment Gateways: Access Point, Link Point (Card Services), and Verisign Payflow Link and Payflow Pro. The Internet Payment Gateway service will automate the process of accepting credit cards online and capture the funds immediately.
