Upgrade Description
Design Category Image List - In a SubCategory display you can now exclude the name of that category and have the link be ONLY the image. This is a great feature for customers whose products are very visually based!
Design Show Manufacturer in Subcategory - This feature shows list of links for available manufacturers above list of products in subcategories. This gives your customers the ability to find the product they are looking for faster!
Management PaymenTech Gateway now available as a gateway option -The payment gateway offered by PaymenTech - www.chasepaymentech.com has now been fully integrated into the Flashecom Ecommerce Solution.
Design Store Design Backup - Flashecom will now save copies of the Top, Bottom, and Index sections as well as the CSS Stylesheet. When you make an update Flashecom's servers save a copy of the old one. No matter how many 'versions' are created the past versions will be available to you should something 'happen to go wrong' in updating your web design.
Management Export Flag - Because Shopping Portals can be expensive customers have asked for a way to group products so when they do an export they can include only the products they want to include by have those products in all categories. This feature will allow you to group products into easier to upload to Shopping Portals.
Order Manager Upgraded to.NET Architecture - You will begin to see some significant changes in the Order Manager. It has been completely upgraded to .NET architecture, which will allow for better upgrades in a much shorter timeframe.
Product Minimum Set - Unit of Measure has now been added to the Minimum in Set feature so you can now specify each, dozen, etc.

Gift Wrapping You can now set 'Global' Gift wrapping so customers can have a whole order wrapped. This is in addition to the ability to offer Gift Wrapping on a category and Product level already!
Order Manager You can now update Customer Information while in the order in the Order Manager. This can be a huge timesaver compared to having to back out and go to the customer Manager!

Order Manager One Click Purchase Order Generation from Sales Order - You can now push a Sales Order to a Purchase Order with just a mouse click. The PPO will contain all line items, attributes, and any custom forms and attachments. BIG time saver!
Product Minimum Quantity - A product can now have a minimum quantity assigned to it. This now allows you to show an 'each' price but sell in multiples of 'X.'
Product New Product Type - Downloadable Item - Downloadable items such as MP3's PDF eBooks, etc are a huge market. This new product type will allow you to set up a downloadable product to offer your customers.
Marketing Create Multiple Custom Pages - Multiple blank custom pages can now be created very quickly. This allows a customer to create the landing pages for design to link to, and then go back and fill in the content.
Design Multiple Index Page Designs - Customers can now save additional Center/Index section designs as custom pages. When you are ready to change the design simply click a check box and you have updated your design! Change Back? Uncheck the box. Totally cool!
Product Attribute Groups - Customers who have numerous products that use the same Attributes scored a big time saver! You can now create pre-saved Attribute Groups that can be added to products with a mouse click. When a change needs to happen just open that Attribute Group, edit it. When you save the changes ALL products using that Attribute Group are instantly updated!

Product Multiple Product Buy Display - A 'Buy List' display of your products is now available. This feature allows you to display a list of your products, and the customer can select 2 of these, 1 of those, and 4 of the other. Excellent feature for the right business model!
Management Assigning a Salesperson - A Salesperson can now be assigned in the order process by the customer, or assigned on the backend in the Order Manager. Makes tracking the source of those sales just a little easier!
Marketing Exclude Custom Page from Sitemap - If you are using custom pages for 'Thank You' landing pages, additional Index pages, or other issues that you do not want included in your sitemap you can now exclude them. This is a big help in your SEO so only the "relevant" pages get indexed!

Upgrade Description
eBay Integration eBay API has been integrated with the system. You can add your item(s) to eBay through your store manager, and check the status of item(s) as well. This service is optional. Please call your sales rep to enable eBay on your store.
Report The report section has been updated. You can have your sales report either by day or month. You can also compare the sales report with previous year.
Gift Certification The gift ceritification has been added. Your customer can buy a gift certificate and send to his/her friend. The gift ceritificate can be used during a checkout.
RSS Feed online Readers You can enable RSS feed online readers so that your customer can subscribe to either your category or individual products.
Index Bottom In addition to current index page mode, we have added another index page section which will be displayed on the bottom of the page.
BuySafe Update BuySafe section has been updated for compatibility.
New/Event/Best Seller Items In addition to mark your products as either hot or sale items, you can also mark your product as either new, event, or best seller item. These items can be displayed in the index page. Also, small icon will be shown right next to item name.
Inventory Management Inventory management section has been added so that store admin has one location to adjust inventory. Also, new inventory management will give a clear picture of your inventory status in one screen.

Root Folder Access You have an access to root folder of your storefront. You can upload either .htm or .html file. If you upload either index.htm or index.html, it will be your default page for your store.
Product Attribute Update In addition to dropdown and radio buttons, the slider option is available for product attribute.
Phone order update The phone order now calculate tax rate automatically based on customer profile. Also, after order is created by phone order, it will stay in the phone order page.

Google Base Export Feed New Froogle RSS 2.0 feed is available in export. You can use this file to submit froogle or google base instead of old version of froogle export.
Robot.txt We also give you the access to "robot.txt". Any change in "robot.txt" is critical. If you are not sure, please read our help section.
Product Image ALT You can specify the alt section of your product images. If not specified, the product name will be used for alt tag. By utilizing this feature, your pages will be more search engine friendly.

To Be Processed Folder New "To Be Processed" folder can be configured so that you can separate high risk orders from regular orders such as orders with different shipping address.
Order Summary / Annual Report Monthly order summary and Anuual report in dashboard will be hidden from non-administrator users.
Related Items You can add related item by Part Number. Also, if related items is on sales, sale price will be displayed.
FedEx Shipping Label You can change the FedEx shipping Label print setting so that shipping label and Invoice can be printed in one page. The new print out will be pefect fit for "FedEx Shipping Label Paper".

Delete Produc You can delete item from item edit screen as well.
Updated Sales Report Updated sales report have top selling product and sales report by state.

Product Catalog Import New import module will allow you to import your product information into the store database. It also allows you to upload product iimages en masse.
Multiple Pricing Levels Allows you to create up to 4 different pricing groups for your customers. This feature is based on user accounts; you can give customer-specific discounts based on purchasing volume, on whoesale customer status, or for any other reason particular to your business. This is a new premium feature, and is not for everybody.

Customizable Order Invoice Template Create, edit, and customize invoice templates. Checkout without Registration The shopping cart allows your customer to make purchases without first registering an email address and password. Your system collects customer billing and shipping information nedded to process orders, but does not require unregistered customers to setup and access "My Account" before making purchases.
Map Price By enabling this feature, you can hide your sale prices until customers place items in their shopping cart. Use this feature to comply with vendors and manufacturers who do not want web retailers to advertise sale prices.
Order Print We've enhanced the order printout, giving it a cleaner, more professional look. Please note that you will no longer have access to the old order manager. Our order management tools have all been updated and improved.
Enhanced Look The look of the management has been enhanced to let site administrators easily navigate and manage the online store.

New Order Manager New outlook sytle order manager helps you organize and print your orders more effectively. Now, orders can be printed with just one mouse click, and you can print all your new orders with one click. You can easily get the detail of your order and update it without leaving the screen.
Inventory Control By enabling the inventory mode, you can enter the available quantity of each items. The quantity will be depleted when the order is placed.
Popup Window and Event Manager New event manager enables you to create a small popup window with your message when the customer enters your site. This is a great tool to notify your customer with current event or special sales.
Form Manager New Form Maganger is a self-service tool that enables the creation of HTML forms using only a web browser. Your form may be an order form, employment application, product registration, or anything you can imagine which receives HTML form input. Forms are created and stored on our servers. Receiving results are stored on our server and available for review. You can even link the form to your product. By linking the form to your product, you can force your customer to enter additional information such as name or image to print before they buy the item.
PayPal Integration We have integrated PayPal payment processing with our shopping cart. It allows your customer to pay with PayPal when they are ready to check out.
Store Email Manager You can customize your email message to your customer. The system will generate an automatic email message and send it to your customer based on your setting. Also allows you to send an email to your customer whenever the order status changes.
Multiple Image Upload in Custom Folder This new option lets you upload multiple files to your custom folder.
Free Shipping Icon When the item is configured as a free shipping item, the free shipping icon will be displayed to let your customer know.
Recycle Bin We will start using the "Recycle Bin" concept in the store manager. We have added it in the new order manager in this version, and will add it in more places in the future version.
New Fields Several new fields have been added. For example, the cost field is added to your product manager, and the ALT tag field in Traffic Builder.

UPS Service and Rate for XML We have incorporated XML version of UPS online tools. This version will give you the option to use XML version of UPS rate and service selection. By using XML version, you can have the estimate of UPS shipping cost from 35 countries to any country supported by UPS. The non-XML version (default) only gives you the estimate for shipping within the US. Thus if your warehouse is located outside of the US, you must use XML version.

In upcoming versions, we will incorporate more tools such as tracking, signature tracking, and address validation.
Foreign Language Support We have rewritten the application to support foreign language template. In this version, we are releasing the first French Template. If you have a need for other foreign language templates please contact our support.
