Non-Account-related activity:
You can browse and explore the Flashecom website
without having a user account or logging in. During
this time, you can also contact us to request more information
without having a Flashecom account. This information
will not be recorded. However, as you explore our site,
anonymous statistics may be recorded about your usage,
such as: pages visited, length of time spent on site,
links clicked, videos watched, as well as other information
you click on or display on Flashecom’s website (including
settings, UI elements, and other interactive information).
If you are logged in, these usage data may be associated

Account-related activity:Some
activities involved in the ordering process, such as
contacting Flashecom for a quote, submitting orders
and/ or payment, and all other forms of financially-related
or ordered-related activities, do require an account
with Flashecom.
Once you set
up your account, we may collect standard contact Information

fax number, Skype username
• Company name, company address, company size, business
type, business URL
• Billing Information, credit card number, credit card
type, expiration date, billing address

Sharing
Any personal information, pictures, graphics, icons,
or video content that you voluntarily disclose on public
areas of Flashecom’s website (chat boards, in messages
and feedback areas, within public areas of your account
pages, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected
and used by others.
Flashecom reserves full right to change, modify, or
remove this data if it violates our terms of service
or if it is deemed inappropriate, offensive, racist,
or derogatory to other Flashecom customers, clients,
affiliates or competitors. In this case your content
may be modified or taken down without warning, and repeat
offenders may have their accounts suspended.

We Use Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your

providing you advance notice and the choice to opt-out.

Demonstration Uses

our services, contact you seeking permission to use
demo images (taken in the form of screen-captures or
graphical links) of a site built using Flashecom’s programming,
architecture or services. Images of your website will
not be used for promotional purposes except in the case
of Flashecom obtaining full written authorization from
the purchasing party or site owner/ administrator.
Non-Marketing
Uses
We never use your email address or other personally
identifiable information to send commercial or marketing
messages without your consent or except as part of a
specific program of which you will have the ability
to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email
address without further consent for non-marketing or
administrative purposes (such as notifying you via email
or regular mail of major Flashecom Site changes or for
customer service purposes).
We use both
your personally identifiable information and certain
non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous
user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type,
clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design
of the Flashecom Sites and to create new features, promotions,

You may opt-out of receiving our newsletter or service-related
emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions
included in each newsletter or service email, or you

browser type, internet service provider (ISP), operating
system, date/time stamp, and/or page views.
We use this information, which does not usually identify

to gather demographic information about our user base
as a whole.
We may record your IP addresses when you place an order
through our site in order to detect and prevent fraud.

during transmission and once we receive it. No method
of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic
storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we
strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect
your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute
security. Flashecom is not responsible for any losses
or damages caused by the use of online payment options.
