Your staff is always willing to help even when encountering the simplest of questions brought to you by your customers. Your program offers just about everything any small or medium size ecommerce company would ever need and you are continuously improving at the behest of your customers suggestions. And because of the many options available within your Flashecom program, normal ecommerce customer will need some help along the way and your staff is always willing to give that help. I have tried and paid for many ecommerce solutions, and even though some have all that you do you must either pay 3x the price or there is little or no customer support that wants to help you through their program. Another great plus you have proven by your actions and not just your words' is your willingness to help the customer with third party programs.
